Lo studio è finanziato dal Cedefop e realizzato da un Consorzio composto da tre partner:
- IRS – Istituto per la Ricerca Sociale (Lead Partner) (https://www.irsonline.it/), che è una cooperativa senza scopo di lucro, del tutto indipendente, che conta attualmente 60 soci. In oltre quarantacinque anni di esistenza, IRS ha svolto un’ampia attività di ricerca ed è diventata un istituto di ricerca leader a livello sia italiano che europeo, grazie a una struttura di ricerca interna altamente qualificata composta da oltre 40 ricercatori e alle collaborazioni con altri istituti e centri di ricerca europei, prestigiose università ed esperti qualificati;
- Il Tavistock Institut gGmbH (https://www.tavinstitute.org/), un’organizzazione no-profit, fondata e di proprietà del Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR), Regno Unito. Quest’ultima è stata fondata come organizzazione no profit con finalità di beneficenza nel 1947. L’Istituto si occupa di valutazione e ricerca azione, sviluppo organizzativo e consulenza sul cambiamento, coaching esecutivo e sviluppo professionale, il tutto al servizio del supporto del cambiamento sostenibile e dell’apprendimento continuo;
- INAPP, Istituto Nazionale per l’Analisi delle Politiche Pubbliche.

Since its foundation forty five years ago, IRS has been carrying out wide research activities and has become a leading research institute both at Italian and European level, thanks to a highly qualified internal research structure of more than 40 researchers, and partnerships with other leading European research centres, prestigious universities and qualified experts.
- The Tavistock Institut gGmbH (https://www.tavinstitute.org/), which is a not-for-profit organization, founded and owned by the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR), UK. The latter was established as a not for profit organization with charitable purpose in 1947. The Institute is engaged with evaluation and action research, organizational development and change consultancy, executive coaching and professional development, all in service of supporting sustainable change and ongoing learning.
